Utsav Khandelwal is a Division Head at PSEG. He oversees substation engineering and commissioning of over 3,000 intelligent electronic devices across Central NJ service territory into a centralized DSCADA system across all substations. In May 2023 he was granted the 'IEEE Outstanding Engineer Award'. He manages 75+ Fortune 500 Clients including Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Loreal, UPS, Morgan Stanley etc for Solar Projects. He has 15+ years of experience in project implementation, operations, and asset management. He holds Master of Science from Northeastern University, MBA from Rutgers University and Bachelor of Technology from SASTRA University. He believes in continuous improvement and holds executive degrees from Stanford University and MIT. He is currently pursuing Business Foundations Specialization from Wharton Business School (Upenn). He was invited as a speaker at Princeton University, Rutgers University, Northeastern and MIT. He was recognized by the Indian Government as Cause Ambassador for helping out patients during Covid outbreak in 2021 and also actively engaged with a few NGOs like India's International Movement to Unite Nations, Snehalaya etc. During Covid Breakdown, his involvement was also recognized by Dettol India and the United Nations. He strongly believes in the words of Mahatma Gandhi who once said, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others".
